Looks&PB: Jimmy has rather shaggy blonde hair, usually tied back, and blue eyes. He stands at a height of 5'10" and has an average build; muscular enough to take down a crook, but not enough for it to be particularly noticable through his clothes. He doesn't pay much attention to what he wears, so most of his clothes are just dug out of his closet and thrown on, which sometimes results in a rather haphazard fashion sense. His basic appearance just lends itself to the fact that he really doesn't give a damn about looks.

Background: Jimmy was born in Hugel to a rather average family. His mother and father had rather mundane jobs to support a family of three children, of which Jimmy was the oldest. He is four years older than his sister and eight years older than his brother, and by the time he was in his teens, ended up acting as the babysitter while his parents were out.

When he was sixteen, one such night spent babysitting his siblings went awry. Somebody broke into the house. Some quick thinking and the clever use of handy kitchen utensils allowed him to detain the would-be thief while his siblings got the authorities, and thus he saved the day. It was at that point that he decided helping people as such was something he wanted to do for the rest of his life. So, at the age of eighteen, he left home to join up at the police academy in Lighthalzen.

At the police academy, he trained predominately in the use of rifles, preferring the range and accuracy over all the other firearms offered there. He made it through the training without a problem and was included as a member of the Police Force in Lighthalzen upon graduation. He takes a lot of pride in his work and enjoys what he does. He considers himself a protector of the people and will stop at nothing to see justice served.

He is currently doing his job and doing it well, in between frequently changed girlfriends (they keep dumping him because his work keeps him away).

Personality: Jimmy is your typical hardened cop with a heart of gold. Seriously. He's really stern but tries to be fair, and does his best to uphold the law and take down those who don't adhere to it. He is, basically, your classic Good Cop.

He will take no shit from anybody, and is fairly no-nonsense. He has a dry sense of humour; often, he says things that are hilarious without trying and doesn't even realize they're funny until it's pointed out to him.

He's quite calm and difficult to upset. Very, very rarely does he lose his temper. However, he is rather a fan of the four-letter genre of words, and his deadpan swearing does sometimes manage to convey the image that he's never very happy with anything.

He is an optimist to a profound degree (except with relationships), despite all the things he's seen in his years on the force.
